At Your Spa Name, we value our clients and strive to provide the best service experience possible. To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following No‑Call No‑Show & Late Rescheduling Policy.

Permanent Makeup, Botox, & Fillers

• No‑Call No‑Show: A $100 fee will be charged for any missed appointment without prior notice.
• Late Reschedule (within 24 hours of the appointment): A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time.

Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring & Membership Services

• No‑Call No‑Show: Clients will forfeit one session from their package or membership.
• Late Reschedule (within 24 hours of the appointment): A $25 fee will be applied for rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment.

General Guidelines

• If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply based on the service category.
• To avoid charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• No fees will be applied for medical emergencies with proper documentation.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that we can continue to provide high‑quality services to all of our clients.
