No-Call No-Show & Late Rescheduling Policy

At Bella Derma , we value our clients and strive to provide the best service experience possible. To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following No-Call No-Show & Late Rescheduling Policy.

Permanent Makeup, Botox, & Fillers

• No-Call No-Show: A $100 fee will be charged for any missed appointment without prior notice.
• Late Reschedule (within 24 hours of the appointment): A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time.

Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring & Membership Services

• No-Call No-Show: Clients will forfeit one session from their package or membership.
• Late Reschedule (within 24 hours of the appointment): A $25 fee will be applied for rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment.

General Guidelines

• If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply based on the service category.
• To avoid charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• No fees will be applied for medical emergencies with proper documentation.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients.
